There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for the Office of Science for fiscal year 2018 $6,259,903,000, of which— $2,090,000,000 shall be for Basic Energy Science; $908,000,000 shall be for High Energy Physics; $673,000,000 shall be for Biological and Environmental Research; $684,000,000 shall be for Nuclear Physics; $810,000,000 shall be for Advanced Scientific Computing Research; $532,111,000 shall be for Fusion Energy Sciences; $257,292,000 shall be for Science Laboratories Infrastructure; $183,000,000 shall be for Science Program Direction; $103,000,000 shall be for Safeguards and Security; and $19,500,000 shall be for Workforce Development for Teachers and Scientists.
