In making awards from the Energy Technology Commercialization Fund established under section 1001(e) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16391(e) ), the requirements for matching funds shall be determined by the Secretary of Energy in accordance with section 988 of that Act ( 42 U.S.C. 16352 ).
