Section 1201(a)(1) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2003 ( 2 U.S.C. 1821(a)(1) ) is amended by striking $100,000 and inserting $250,000 . The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2019 and each succeeding fiscal year.
