Subtitle G of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 ( 7 U.S.C. 7286(c)(3) ) is amended— by striking section 166; and by redesignating section 167 as section 166. The amendments made by this section shall apply beginning with the 2019 crop year.
