Section 21(e)(3) of the Arms Export Control Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2761(e)(3) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking North Atlantic Treaty Organization
(NATO)Support Organization and inserting North Atlantic Treaty Organization
(NATO)Support and Procurement Organization ; and in clause (i), by striking support partnership agreement and inserting support or procurement partnership agreement ; and in subparagraph (C)(i), in the matter preceding subclause (I)— by striking North Atlantic Treaty Organization
(NATO)Support Organization and inserting North Atlantic Treaty Organization
(NATO)Support and Procurement Organization ; and by striking weapon system partnership agreement and inserting support or procurement partnership agreement . Section 36(b)(6) of the Arms Export Control Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2776(b)(6) ) is amended by inserting the North Atlantic Treaty Organization or before a member country .
