Chapter 301 of title 51, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: For any report that the Administration submits to the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives or the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, the Administrator shall concurrently submit such report to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology of the House of Representatives and the Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee of the Senate. .
