Section 30104(e)(1)(A) of title 51, United States Code, is amended— in clause
(ii)by striking and at the end; in clause
(iii)by striking and at the end; and by adding at the end the following: any changes made in the performance or schedule milestones and the degree to which such changes have contributed to the increase in total cost; new estimates of the specific project or specific program cost; and a statement validating that the management structure of the project or program is adequate to control cost; and .
