Section 2991(o)(3) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10651(o)(3) ) is amended— by striking and inserting Limitation ; Veterans by striking Not more than and inserting the following: Not more than ; in subparagraph (A), as so designated, by striking this section and inserting paragraph
(1); and by adding at the end the following: In addition to the amounts authorized under paragraph (1), there are authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Justice to carry out subsection
(i)$20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. .
