) The last paragraph of title II of the Act of August 28, 1937, at 50 Stat. 876 (ch. 876, 43 U.S.C. 2601 note) is amended by inserting ( after 43 U.S.C. 2601 et seq.) in conflict with this Act . Section 4 of the Act of August 28, 1937 ( 43 U.S.C. 2603 ) is amended by— inserting ( after 43 U.S.C. 2601 et seq.) this Act ; and inserting ( after 43 U.S.C. 2601 ) section 1 . Section 5 of the Act of August 28, 1937 ( 43 U.S.C. 2604 ) is amended by inserting ( after 43 U.S.C. 2601 et seq.) this Act .

Section 4 of the Act of June 24, 1954 ( 43 U.S.C. 2634 ) is amended by inserting ( after 43 U.S.C. 2632 , 2633) sections 2 and 3 of this Act . Section 2 of Public Law 90–583 ( 43 U.S.C. 2702 ) is amended by inserting ( after 43 U.S.C. 2701 ) section 1 of this Act .
