Section 1311(a)(4) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 18031(a)(4) ) is amended— by striking subparagraph (B); by striking and all that follows through Renewability of grant Subject to subsection (d)(4) and inserting ; Renewability of grant .—Subject to subsection (d)(4) by redesignating clauses
(i)and
(ii)as subparagraphs
(A)and (B), respectively, with appropriate indentation; and in subparagraph (A), as redesignated by paragraph (3), by redesignating subclauses
(I)and
(II)as clauses
(i)and (ii), respectively, with appropriate indentation.
