Section 1886(d)(12) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395ww(d)(12) ) is amended— in subparagraph (B), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking and for discharges occurring in fiscal year 2020 and subsequent fiscal years ; in subparagraph (C)(i)— by striking fiscal years 2011 through 2017 each place it appears and inserting fiscal years 2011 through 2019 ; and by striking or portion of fiscal year ; and in subparagraph (D)— in the heading, by striking and inserting Temporary applicable percentage increase ;
Applicable percentage increase beginning with fiscal year 2011 by striking fiscal years 2011 through 2017, and inserting fiscal years 2011 through 2019 ; and by striking or the portion of fiscal year each place it appears.
