Title VIII of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1161a et seq.) is repealed. The Higher Education Opportunity Act ( Public Law 110–315 ; 122 Stat. 3078 et seq.) is amended by repealing sections 802 and 803. The Higher Education Amendments of 1998 ( Public Law 105–244 ; 112 Stat. 1581 et seq.) is amended by repealing parts D and H of title VIII. The Higher Education Amendments of 1992 ( Public Law 102–325 ; 106 Stat. 448 et seq.) is amended by repealing part E of title XV.
