Section 401A ( 20 U.S.C. 1070a–1 ) is repealed. Subpart 3 of part A of title IV ( 20 U.S.C. 1070b et seq.) is repealed. The repeal made by paragraph
(1)shall take effect on June 30, 2018. Notwithstanding paragraphs
(1)and (2), sums appropriated under section 413A for fiscal year 2018 shall be available for payments to institutions of higher education under such section (as in effect on June 29, 2018) until the end of fiscal year 2019. Subpart 4 of part A of title IV ( 20 U.S.C. 1070c et seq.) is repealed. Subpart 6 of part A of title IV ( 20 U.S.C. 1070d–31 et seq.) is repealed.
