Title II ( 20 U.S.C. 1021 et seq.) is repealed. Part A of title II ( 20 U.S.C. 1022 et seq.), as in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act, may be carried out using funds that have been appropriated for such part until September 30, 2018.
