The following provisions of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.) are repealed: Section 117 ( 20 U.S.C. 1011f ). Section 119 ( 20 U.S.C. 1011h ). Section 118 is redesignated as section 117. Sections 120, 121, 122, and 123 are redesignated as sections 118, 119, 120, and 121, respectively. Section 485(f)(1)(H) ( 20 U.S.C. 1092(f)(1)(H) ) is amended by striking section 120 and inserting section 118 .
