Section 401A ( 20 U.S.C. 1070a–1 ) is repealed. Subpart 3 of part A of title IV ( 20 U.S.C. 1070b et seq.) is repealed. The repeal made by paragraph

(1)shall take effect on June 30, 2018. Subpart 4 of part A of title IV ( 20 U.S.C. 1070c et seq.) is repealed. Subpart 6 of part A of title IV ( 20 U.S.C. 1070d–31 et seq.) is repealed.
