The Virgin Islands of the United States Centennial Commission Act ( Public Law 114–224 ) is amended— in section 4, by adding at the end the following new subsection: If the Governor of the Virgin Islands of the United States or the designee of the Governor declines to make or does not make the appointment of a member by the deadline described under subsection (c), that member shall be appointed by the Delegate to the House of Representatives from the United States Virgin Islands. ; in section 7(b), by striking January 31, 2018 and inserting January 31, 2019 ; in section 10, by striking September 30, 2018 and inserting September 30, 2019 ; and by striking section 11.
