The provisions of the order of the Secretary of the Interior numbered 3349 and dated March 29, 2017 (relating to American energy independence) that revoke the order of the Secretary numbered 3330 and dated October 31, 2013 (relating to improving mitigation policies and practices of the Department of the Interior) shall have no force or effect, and the order of the Secretary numbered 3330 shall apply as published on October 31, 2013.
