Section 203 of the Food for Peace Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1723 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting before the period at the end the following: to generate proceeds to be used as provided in this section ; by striking subsection (b); and by redesignating subsections

(c)and

(d)as subsections
