Section 379E(d) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2008s(d) ) is amended— by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 to carry out this section, to remain available until expended. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2009 through 2018 and inserting 2019 through 2023 .
