Section 113(b)(2)(C) of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 ( 20 U.S.C. 2323(b)(2)(C) ) is amended by inserting attainment of 21st century skills (such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration) and after such as . Section 113 of such Act ( 20 U.S.C. 2323 ) is further amended— in subsection (b)(4)(C)(ii)— in subclause (I), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subclause (II), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by inserting after subclause
(II)the following new subclause: describe the progress of career and technical education students served by the eligible recipient in attaining 21st century skills (such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration). ; and in subsection (c)(2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by inserting after subparagraph
(B)the following new subparagraph: describe the progress of career and technical education students of the State in attaining 21st century skills (such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration). .
