Section 922(d)(4) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking adjudicated as a mental defective and inserting adjudicated as ineligible due to disqualifying mental status . Section 922(g)(4) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking adjudicated as a mental defective and inserting adjudicated as ineligible due to disqualifying mental status .
