There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this Act— $65,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; $68,250,000 for fiscal year 2019; $71,662,500 for fiscal year 2020; $75,245,625 for fiscal year 2021; and $79,007,906 for fiscal year 2022.
