Section 410 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5177 ) is amended— in subsection

(a)by inserting before the period at the end and ensure that the United States will be reimbursed by the States for all expenses incurred in providing assistance under this subsection ; and in subsection (b)(2) by inserting before the period at the end if the State agrees to reimburse the United States for all expenses incurred in providing such assistance .
