Section 401(a) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5170(a) ) is amended— in the second sentence by inserting reimbursable after Federal ; in the third sentence by inserting before the period at the end and shall enter into an agreement to reimburse the United States for all expenses incurred in providing assistance under this Act with respect to the disaster ; and in the fourth sentence by striking cost-sharing .
