Section 104 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking and after the semicolon; in paragraph (2), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: the Federal Election Administration. . Section 8G(a)(2) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by striking Federal Election Commission and inserting Federal Election Administration . Section 7323(b) of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking Federal Election Commission and inserting Federal Election Administration ; and in paragraph (2)(B)(i)(I), by striking Federal Election Commission and inserting Federal Election Administration .
Section 3132(a)(1) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking subparagraph
(C)and by redesignating subparagraphs (D), (E), and
(F)as subparagraphs (C), (D), and (E), respectively. A Title III of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 ( 52 U.S.C. 30101 et seq.) is amended by inserting before section 301 the following: .
