Section 330B(b)(2)(C) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254c–2(b)(2)(C) ) is amended by striking 2017 and inserting 2019 . Subparagraph

(D)of section 330C(c)(2) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254c–3(c)(2) ) is amended to read as follows: $150,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 and 2019. .
