In this section, the term Federal agency means each of— the Corps of Engineers; the Bureau of Reclamation; the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; and the Department of Transportation. With respect to the mission of the Federal agency, each Federal agency shall consider how land and water management decisions can enhance recreation opportunities and the recreation economy.
