In fiscal year 2018, nonimmigrants shall be admitted to the United States under section 101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(a) ) to perform agricultural labor or services, without regard to whether such labor is, or services are, of a temporary or seasonal nature.
