Foreign and Intercoastal Voyages.—Section 10313(g) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (2)— by striking all claims in a class action suit by seamen and inserting each claim by a seaman ; and by striking the seamen and inserting the seaman ; and in paragraph (3)— by striking class action ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking , by a seaman who is a claimant in the suit, and inserting by the seaman . Coastwise Voyages.—Section 10504(c) of such title is amended— in paragraph (2)— by striking all claims in a class action suit by seamen and inserting each claim by a seaman ; and by striking the seamen and inserting the seaman ; and in paragraph (3)— by striking class action ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking , by a seaman who is a claimant in the suit and inserting by the seaman .
