None of the funds made available by this Act or funds from the Commodity Credit Corporation may be used by the Secretary of Agriculture or provided to the Department of Defense to purchase, produce, or defray the costs of purchase or production of, or develop, facilitate, expedite, or expand production of, an alternative fuel (under the meaning given such term by subparagraph
(I)of section 32901(a)(1) of title 49, United States Code) for the Department of Defense.
