Section 145 of the Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1982 ( 42 U.S.C. 10165 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking select the site evaluated and inserting select a site evaluated ; by striking the most ; and by inserting authorized under section 142(b)(1) after monitored retrievable storage facility ; and by striking subsection (g).
