It is the sense of Congress that— each person that uses an unmanned aircraft system for compensation or hire, or in the furtherance of a business enterprise, except those operated for purposes protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution, should have a written privacy policy consistent with section 357 that is appropriate to the nature and scope of the activities regarding the collection, use, retention, dissemination, and deletion of any data collected during the operation of an unmanned aircraft system; each privacy policy described in paragraph
(1)should be periodically reviewed and updated as necessary; and each privacy policy described in paragraph
(1)should be publicly available.
