Public Law 91–378 (commonly known as the Youth Conservation Corps Act of 1970 ) ( 16 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) is amended— in section 102(a) ( 16 U.S.C. 1702(a) ), by— striking trust territories, or and inserting or the ; and inserting (or who are citizens of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, or the Republic of Palau and admitted to the United States as nonimmigrants under the terms of the applicable Compact of Free Association with the United States), after Puerto Rico ; and in section 104 ( 16 U.S.C. 1704 )— in subsection (a), by striking the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and American Samoa and inserting American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands ; and in subsection (b)(1)(A), by striking , possessions, or the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands and inserting or possessions (or the citizens of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, or the Republic of Palau and admitted to the United States as nonimmigrants under the terms of the applicable Compact of Free Association with the United States) .
