Section 604(d)(3)(B) of the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003 ( 16 U.S.C. 6591c(d)(3)(B) ) is amended by striking 10 years and inserting 20 years . Section 14(c) of the National Forest Management Act of 1976 ( 16 U.S.C. 472a(c) ) is amended by striking ten years and inserting 20 years .
