Section 1305 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 4012 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The Administrator may not make available any new or renewed coverage for flood insurance under this title for any multiple-loss property for which the aggregate amount in claims payments that have been made after the expiration of the 18-month period beginning on the date of the enactment of this subsection under flood insurance coverage under this title exceeds three times the amount of the replacement value of the structure. .
