The following provisions of the Security and Accountability for Every Port Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–347 ) are amended as follows: By striking section 105. By redesignating sections 106 and 107 as sections 105 and 106, respectively. By striking section 108. By redesignating sections 109 and 110 as sections 107 and 108, respectively. In section 121 ( 6 U.S.C. 921 )— by striking subsections (c), (d), and (e); and by redesignating subsections (f), (g), (h), and
(i)as subsections (c), (d), (e), and (f), respectively. By striking sections 122 and 127 ( 6 U.S.C. 922 and 927). By redesignating sections 123, 124, 125, 126, and 128 as sections 122, 123, 124, 125, and 126, respectively. In section 233 ( 6 U.S.C. 983 ), by striking subsection (c). By striking section 235 ( 6 U.S.C. 984 ). By redesignating section 236 as section 235. By striking sections 701 and 708 (and the item relating to such section in the table of contents of such Act). By redesignating sections 702, 703, 704, 705, 706, 707, and 709 as sections 701, 702, 703, 704, 705, 706, and 707, respectively. The table of contents of the Security and Accountability for Every Port Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–347 ) is amended as follows: In the list of items relating to subtitle A of title I, by striking the items relating to sections 105 through 110 and inserting the following new items: Sec. 105.
