The Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency shall include in the annual Notice of Funding Opportunity relating to grants under sections 2003 and 2004 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 604 and 605) an appendix that includes the following: A summary of findings identified by the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Homeland Security in audits of such grants and methods to address areas identified for improvement, including opportunities for technical assistance. Innovative projects and best practices instituted by grant recipients.
