Section 2005 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 606 ) is amended by— redesignating subsections
(h)through
(k)as subsections
(i)through (l), respectively; and inserting after subsection
(g)the following new subsection: The Secretary shall make funds provided under this section available for use by a recipient of a grant for a period of not less than 36 months. .
