Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act and every 180 days thereafter, the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration shall make available through a public website information regarding the status of each regulation relating to surface transportation security that is directed by law to be issued but that has not been issued if more than two years have passed since the date of enactment of each such law. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act and every two years thereafter until all of the requirements under titles XIII, XIV, and XV of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007 ( 6 U.S.C. 1111 et seq.) and under this Act have been fully implemented, the Inspector General of the Department of Homeland Security shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report that— identifies the requirements under such titles of such Act and under this Act that have not been fully implemented; describes what, if any, additional action is necessary; and includes recommendations regarding whether any of such requirements should be amended or repealed.
