The position of Director of Shared Services of the Department of Homeland Security is abolished. The Homeland Security Act of 2002 is amended by striking section 475 ( 6 U.S.C. 295 ). The table of contents in section 1(b) of such Act is amended by striking the item relating to section 475. The Office of Counternarcotics Enforcement is abolished. The Homeland Security Act of 2002 is amended— in subparagraph
(B)of section 843(b)(1) ( 6 U.S.C. 413(b)(1) ), by striking by— and all that follows through the end of that subparagraph and inserting by the Secretary; and ; and by striking section 878 ( 6 U.S.C. 112 ). The table of contents in section 1(b) of such Act is amended by striking the item relating to section 878.
