For purposes of sections 2366b and 2448b(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, the components identified in subsection
(b)are deemed to be critical technologies for the Columbia class ballistic missile submarine construction program. The components identified in this subsection are— the coordinated stern for the Columbia class ballistic missile submarine; the electric drive system for the submarine; and the nuclear reactor for the submarine.
