Sec. 5303. Facilities demolition plan of the Army

Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to the congressional defense committees a facilities demolition plan of the Army that does the following: Takes into account the impact of a contaminated facility on mission readiness, and national security generally, in establishing priorities for the demolition of facilities. Sets forth a multi-year plan for the demolition of Army facilities, including contaminated facilities given afforded a priority for demolition pursuant to paragraph (1).
