Sec. 14005. Report on compliance with runway clear zone requirements

Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Service secretaries, shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on Service compliance with Department of Defense and relevant Service policies regarding Department of Defense runway clear zones. The report required under subsection
(a)shall include the following elements: A listing of all Department of Defense runway clear zones in the United States that are not in compliance with Department of Defense and relevant Service policies regarding Department of Defense runway clear zones. A plan for bringing all Department of Defense runway clear zones in full compliance with these policies, including a description of the resources required to bring these clear zones into policy compliance, and for providing restitution for property owners.
