Subsection
(h)of section 1251 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( 10 U.S.C. 2282 note) is amended— by striking September 30, 2018 and inserting December 31, 2020 ; and by striking fiscal years 2016 through 2018 and inserting fiscal year 2016 through calendar year 2020 . Such section is further amended— by striking military each place it appears and inserting security ; in subsection (e), by striking that and inserting than ; and in subsection (f), by striking section 2282 and inserting chapter 16 .
