unmanned aerial vehicle for purposes of title 10, United States Code Section 101(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The term unmanned aerial vehicle — means an aerial vehicle that is not controlled by a human being after launch, such as a cruise missile; and does not include a remotely piloted aerial vehicle if the vehicle is controlled by a human being after launch. .
