Section 101(b)(2) of the Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–146 ; 38 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended— in subparagraph (C)(ii), by striking the or at the end; in subparagraph (D)(ii)(II), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: is a veteran described in section 1705(a)(1) of title 38, United States Code, or a veteran who was awarded the medal of honor under section 3741, 6241, or 8741 of title 10 or section 491 of title 14. .
