Section 406(g) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1346(g) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting , regardless of the presence of a lifeguard, after that are used by the public ; and in paragraph (3), by striking The Administrator and all that follows through the period and inserting Not later than 12 months after the date of the enactment of the . Beach Act of 2017 , and biennially thereafter, the Administrator shall update the list described in paragraph (1).
