For purposes of section 1240A(4) of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa–1(4) ), the installation and maintenance on a swine farm of a swine waste disposal technology certified under section 3(c) of this Act shall be considered an improvement to eligible land of a producer that is consistent with the purposes of the environmental quality incentives program established under chapter 4 of subtitle D of title XII of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa–1 et seq.).
