Section 1028A of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: In a prosecution for a violation of subsection (a)(1) predicated on a violation described in subsection (c)(2), (6), (7), (9), or
(10)of this section, the Government need not prove that the defendant knew the means of identification was of another person. .
